1. Purpose of the Policy
The Company establishes this Policy to appropriately address potential issues arising from AI and to maintain safety in its utilization.
2. Protection of Rights
In the utilization of AI, the Company will exercise utmost care in the handling of content and will take thorough measures to prevent the infringement of rights belonging to customers, business partners, and other related parties (hereinafter referred to as "Stakeholders"), as well as those of third parties.
3. Information Management
The Company will implement necessary measures to prevent the leakage of Stakeholders' confidential information when utilizing AI.
4. Accountability to Stakeholders
In the event that concerns arise regarding risks such as rights infringement, leakage of confidential information, or hallucinations (phenomena where AI generates factually incorrect information) when utilizing AI, the Company will provide sufficient explanation to Stakeholders.
5. Internal Governance
The Company will continuously conduct internal training and maintain rules and operational environments to ensure the appropriate and ethical utilization of AI.
This Policy may be revised or updated as necessary.
